There is a requirement for members of the playing management team or club representative to attend The NOWIRUL (HALBRO) leagues AGM.
Every team playing in the NOWIRUL leagues has a vote as long as there is one person present per team. ( 3 teams playing in the league, you have 3 votes as long as there is 3 people from the club in attendance)
There is no proxy voting – you need to be in attendance to vote.
