Hi folks,

**only 10 days to go to 25th Anniversary Weekend **

Only 10 days to go and quite a lot still to do – we are slowly getting there. Some great work has gone on over the last few weeks by Gordon, Plum & Georgina and I am very grateful to them. However there are a lot of things still outstanding as we prepare the infrastructure and ready the marquee for 2 large events, we will have over 300 guests for the weekend.

I and Gordon will be up at the club on Tuesday night (18th July from 6:30pm ) as there is a lot to be done, I am developing a SNAG list. This will be just about the weekend and what we need to have prepared. The marquee begins construction Wednesday. We do need help. To be honest this has to be more about doing rather than discussing and in all honesty there will be gotchas, I would like folks to step forward with spare time.

We need night watch men for the 5 nights;
We need to dress the marquee
We need to sort out prizes
We need to take off doors
We need to sort out shutters
We need to find a red carpet
We need a table plan for each of the 2 separate events

To name but a few.

So if you can give us some time to do during the week then please, come along Tuesday night.
Incidentally if anyone has a camper van or something?
