All rugby club and Prenton Pigeon club members, friends and families are welcome.
Please see below for current C19 club enforcements IAW current regulations.

Up to six persons from separate households can share a table or two households may share a table, there is no restrictions on numbers at the table for two households ( a household includes legal bubble ). You must be seated at all times whilst on the premises unless you are using the toilets, it will be table service only and you will be required to wear a face mask whilst moving around ie using the toilets

A full bar will be available but there will be plastic glasses only outside, Bins will be provided for disposing of your empties.

Membership Cards – You must provide your own membership cards when purchasing a drink to receive your discount.

Grounds - You must make sure where you are seated is kept tidy and all rubbish is to be disposed of in the bins provided

No Loud Music - This is off putting for the people attending and we have to respect our neighbours

Can you please supervise your children at all times , they are welcome to play ball etc on the training pitch but not near the seating areas in case of accidents

Future Function Bookings - All bookings are to go through Jeff Sheldon for approval However, we are not confirming any bookings currently but will pencil them in and confirm accordingly. Bookings that have already been confirmed from the 1st of July will go ahead as planned unless otherwise advised by the Government.

Please note application form for hire of the club MUST be filled in prior to final approval of the booking and the bar times agreed at the time of booking are non negotiable based on a 5 hour bar hire , Bar staff still have to clean up / lock up after guests have left so bear this in mind , they do not need the unnecessary pressure of keeping the bar open after the agreed time and have been instructed by committee to refuse drink after the allocated time so please don't ask and respect their decision.

Social distancing is still in place and the 1 metre rule still remains until 21st June (subject to change)

Hand sanitiser will be made available at points outside the clubhouse and in the toilets. We will monitor the social distancing whilst on the premises and you will be asked to disperse should you not obey the rules. This is for your protection and fellow members/family & guests

Please note, it is important to the committee to keep you all safe whilst enjoying socialising so please adhere to covid regulations whilst they are still in force

With all the above said, this is the first phase to opening and is subject to change! We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you as members and friends for your continued support during this pandemic and look forward to welcoming you all back to Prenton RUFC and look forward to seeing you all again
