Chris tells us why he decided to join P&S at the beginning of the season and what he likes about the club. Chris is sponsored by Red Dragon Handyman.

Q: How are you getting on in lockdown?
A: It's been alright all things considered, I'm starting to get the Andy Goode look so need to get a shift on.

Q: Favourite moment of the season,
A: Potsy (Ryan Chamberlain) stepping about 3/4 defenders and breaking through for a gain of about 20 metres against Jarrow, tried to support but couldn't even follow that many changes of direction

Q: Worst moment of the season?
A: Tough one, pulling my quad in the warmup to Houghton, and then see the lads go 21-0 up at half time from the sideline was hard, seeing us letting the lead slip more so. Never wanted to get on the pitch more than that match!

Q: Preferred position?
A: Scrum half all the way, I just like the fast pace of the position and getting involved. Need to refine my drills a bit because I've thrown some shockers this season!

Q: What made you join P&S?
A: Played against P&S in the 7s and you all seemed a good group of blokes. Twiggy (Jonathon Dodds) invited me down to see what you were all about and it and it was a fresh change of pace than what I was used to. The match result really means more here and you can feel that in the changing room and in the bar after which isn't something I've had before.

Q: How different is P&S from other teams?
A: The whole team set up and ethos, how friendly the club is and is welcome to new starters to rugby or people that have been out for a while, that ethos has had a few join as a result, and the organisation of the club with the Pitchero app and anon surveys to check how people feel about the club.

Q: What can we expect from you personally next season?
A: My main focus is to keep injury free, I suppose it depends on which position I'm playing next season, I'd say more lines for support plays and less running like a turtle as I did against Jarrow. Maybe work on kick/chip and chase so I give myself some more options on the wing.

Q: It was great to have your brother, Gareth, join the club earlier this year. How do you think he is finding it?
A: He's been loving every moment of it, to have him improve in training and then be able to have some game time was brilliant. This lockdown has allowed us to fine tune some skills and drills which has been great as he's coming along nicely.

Q: Who is the player you'd least like to go against?
A: Probably have to say Luke Masters, very fast player with a filthy step so would be a nightmare to track and tackle.

Q: Who could beat the Chasers?
A: I'd have to say Alex Fitton on that one, a vast knowledge of subjects from sports to voyeurism.
