Saturday sees P&S make the journey to face a Jarrovians side looking to get their first win of the season. Despite their low league position, many plaudits have been given to our hosts, meaning P&S will need to be at their flowing best to take the 5 points.

Earlier in the season P&S won convincingly, 46-5 with French number 8, Debil scoring 4 tries. He is in the squad having recovered sufficiently from a groin injury. In their last fixture, Jarrovians lost a high scoring, 53-21, affair at West Hartlepool where as P&S picked up a confidence boosting victory in the friendly at Chester le Street.

A small but talented squad makes the journey but is boosted by the return from injury of both Adam Murphy and Dan Tate. Ryan Keates will make his debut in the pack and new signing Gareth Nicholls will possibly be involved. In the back line, Joe Hughes is unavailable meaning Danny Whiley will start at 12 with Raj Kingman moving to fullback. Nathan Moore adds a different attacking option out wide, hoping to use his pace and power and Chris Nicholls continues at number 11.
