From this Saturday we will be back at Alexandra Park, Tolworth, from 10:45am to start training once again, only this time around it will now include contact.

Whilst scrum & mauls are not permitted in the new adapted laws, this gives the opportunity to get used making & taking tackles as well as practising our rucking technique.

This will be a gradual process over the next few weeks as we hope to get playing competitive game on the coming months.
