We are pleased to confirm that we will be visiting, Smallest Rugby Club World Cup 2015 participants, Magor RFC for our Tour this year. How we get there and what we do, other than the game, are being researched & organised by Tour Manager Andy right now.
All we need to now do is put a team together! Those of you that have not commencement payment or paid a deposit as of yet can you please confirm your attendance immediately, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org?
Going for two nights we will leave on Friday 24th April returning on Sunday 26th April, so a day off work will be required!
Over the Prince of Wales Bridge, Magor is a village 9 miles west of Chepstow & 9 miles east of Newport with a population of just under 10,000, dating back to the 7th century. Entertaining touring clubs since they reformed as a Veterans Team in 2006, Magor RFC, now a mixture of ages have been traditionally a social club with monthly fixtures, in 2020 they have being playing weekly games.
Since the SRCWC 2015 this will be our clubs first chance to strengthen the associations made with the inaugural event we hope such an opportunity will not be missed and are relying on your support & attendance.
