Have you ever considered becoming a cricket umpire? If you like being close to the action, and enjoy a good cricket tea there is no better seat in the house.

Radley Cricket Club is looking for both occasional and regular Umpires to officiate league games on Saturday afternoons from May to August in the Oxford Cricket Association 2017 season. All umpires are paid a cash payment of £35 per game, and a free cricket tea is provided.

Paid attendance for a course on the basics of umpiring and the Laws of Cricket needed to stand in club and league matches is available. For the more aspiring individual, this could be the start of pathway to officiate at a higher level or more prestigious Cricket League.
