This week Brad's side Joondalup completed an outright win against strugglers Midland-Guildford at the Iluka Sports Complex. Day 1 saw Midland-Guildford bowled out for just 56 with Brad taking 4/4 from 10 overs and Joondalup passed their total by the end of the day reaching 2/72. Day 2 the home side Joondalup continued to bat and declared with the score at 6/174. This gave them ample time to try secure an outright victory which they duly delivered, bowling the opposition out for 115. Brad was the pick of the bowlers once again with 3/16 from 19 overs. So far he has scored 51 runs @ 25.5 and collected 15 wickets. Not bad considering he says "every ground is a flat one".
One of Brad's personal highlights so far has been visiting the WACA for the Test Match between Australia & Pakistan. Away from the cricket Brad has spent plenty of time performing John Smith-esque bombs into his pool, fishing for Crayfish and terrorizing the local nightclub Dusk with his dance moves. He also had a bit of luck at Perth's Crown Casino winning five spins on the bounce!
Now with mum Vicky and brother Damon over for Christmas, he's looking forward to spending time with his family.
We wish him all the best for the remainder of his trip!
