As you can see from the score line, we returned to winning ways with a convincing win over a tough and committed Feltham Vandals team.

As you can see from the score line, we returned to winning ways with a convincing win over a tough and committed Feltham Vandals team. Although we had only 15 players available, to a man, they all played at the top of their game and ran in 8 tries (Phil x3, Mishy x 2, and one a piece for Will, Eli and Ollie), conceding only 1 in return.

Yet again, it is difficult to pick out any individual as the whole team played as one. The pack dominated, the half backs were in complete control and the backs ran some wonderful lines to give rise to many scoring opportunities.

Special note must go to Alex, playing his first full game, Andrew R on his return from injury and Jordan who, on his return and playing out of position, made his presence felt in both defence and attack. Good to have Mishy back after a very successful cricket season. However, I must congratulate Eli on a superb performance. Playing on the flank he was strong in attack and defence and drove the pack forward giving Ollie a lot of ball to work his magic with.

The great thing for me though was to see a group of young men looking like they are really enjoying their rugby. There is a spirit of friendship and support in the team which can only be good for future games. Long may this continue !!
