New Players Always Welcome!

We are an all inclusive Youth Rugby community.

Our age group is made up of Year 8 boys of all abilities and we extend a warm welcome to any Year 8 looking to start rugby for the first time or looking to play a bit more rugby outside of school.

Training is at the club’s Holme Park ground in Sonning Thursday evening (6.30pm to 7.30pm) & Sunday mornings from 10am to 12 noon. We do play matches on Sunday and the timings may vary.

If you are new please contact Dan Brindle [dan.brindle@dssmith.com] to check what time we start as it can vary some weeks and later on in the season we may be playing away fixtures.

You are more than welcome to join us for a 4 week free “taster” session anytime during the year.

We have a strong squad ethic and our players uphold the core values of rugby union, in training and matches, both on and off the pitch.

Our core values:
• Respect
• Discipline
• Sportsmanship
• Enjoyment
• Teamwork

Our coaches are RFU qualified. We have Level 2 coaches, which is rare in youth rugby, who have played at senior levels. All of our coaches continue to develop in their own time.

Gum shields are essential and skull caps are strongly recommended.

If you’d like further information on joining our age group please contact Dan Brindle (Team Manager) dan.brindle@dssmith.com for any enquiries you may have.

Hope to see you soon !

All club members and visitors are expected to adhere to the relevant RRFC Codes of Conduct:
