Our second online training session of this lockdown saw the players (and a few coaches) join in a great set of fitness exercises set by Jason. The players were obviously keen to help the Kites (ladies team) with their burpee challenge and between us all added over 1,500 burpees to the total - well done everyone! Only 48,500 left for the Kites to get!!
There were some good ball skills practiced alongside core rugby conditioning like the Tower of Power. TJ seemed able to hold their tower for an amazing length of time before we realised the video had frozen!
We followed up with a kahoot quiz with the players competing to answer questions about the club's history, Ready-4-Rugby, and core values. Toby just pipped Timothy and Christopher to win but everyone demonstrated excellent knowledge.
