The floodlights went down for 20 minutes but even after that neither side could find a winner as honours were all even against Ware at the Oakside.

Redbridge ended a run of 4 league defeats in a row but their winless run goes on as they drew a blank at home to Ware to Tuesday.

The first half was a real scrap with neither side being able to fashion any clear cut chances with White striking the post for Ware the only goal scoring opportunity.

The game looked like it was going to be abandoned as a couple of minutes before the break the floodlights went out and only after a 20 minute delay and hard work from the home officials the game resumed.

The second was a totally different affair and on 51 minutes Redbridge should have taken the lead. McKenzie found himself clean through on goal but was unlucky to see his effort loop over the keeper and onto the crossbar.

The chances continued to come for the home side, first McKenzie headed wide when he should have done better and then Moses with a header straight at Madden where he really should have converted.

The Motormen had real belief and could see the three points were there for the taking. But could they find the all important breakthrough? The big moment came just a minute from time.

A superb run by Wallace who crossed to Moses, the big man hitting the bar from three yards when it seemed easier to score and somehow McKenzie didn't convert the follow up.

The front man will be enormously frustrated not to have got on the score sheet. The home side could not believe it.

They were lucky not to lose it at the other end and were grateful for a fine double save from Parker to ensure the score line stayed goalless. Redbridge will be extremely disappointed they didn't get their first win since mid-August and will need to be more clinical in the coming weeks if they want to climb out of the relegation zone.
