For the second league game of the season we travel over to Burbage with considerably more players than we did the last time we visited them. Last year we were spread thin as we put at two sides to ensue that all available players got the game they deserved. We ended last years game with 13 players both down to injury and yellow cards which didn't help and hence came away in 2nd place to a score of 47-24.

This year we look to go one better and try to come away with our first points of the season. The team sees a few changes in the forwards with Stuart Hope returning to the front row along with Glen Francis who returns after more than a year away. Craig Martin returns to the 2nd row after a strong game last week in the 2s, which means Matt Allen drops back to number 8 to join younger brother Mike. The back line remains unchanged and we look forward to more excellent restarts and hopefully more ball in hand!
