These practice sessions take place on Wednesday evenings 6pm-9pm and Friday mornings 9am-11am. Those actively playing in any of the teams or designated reserves are eligible to attend both or either session. There are no major costs associated with these sessions other than the cost of floodlights when needed which is approx. £1.50 per person for a session.

Louise Martin organises the Wednesday night sessions with a monthly rota. Generally there is copy of this pinned up on the notice board if you wish to take a look. There are two sessions 6pm-7.30pm and 7.30pm-9pm. Each week Louise aims to organise 4s to enable specific team members to play together or to get balanced 4s where different team members are playing. There are occasional coaching sessions lead by James Smith and a couple of mixed match practice sessions during the year where the mens teams are invited to join with the ladies for the evening. Some ladies like to have supper or nibbles after play on Wednesday evenings so it's a rather sociable affair with the bar open.

Janet Kenny organises the Friday morning sessions from 9am-11am followed generally by coffee afterwards. Theses sessions are not organised on a monthly basis but are turn up and play as and when you are available. We have created a What'sApp group for this session so that players can indicate on the specific Friday morning if they are coming or not. Depending on who arrives will determine how the 4s are structured - again it's based on the strength of the players and trying to get a good balance.
