Rhos got their season off to an impressive start with a 4-0 victory over Caerwys.
After a scrappy first half, with both teams nervy, Josh Jones opened the scoring for Rhos with a 20 yard shot right into the bottom right corner.

Rhos grew into the game as the second half progressed and it was James Haynes who scored the second with a header and the cross supplied by Tom Smith.

Tom Smith continued to have an excellent game with two goals of his own. Each of his goals were put in the corner of the goal to give the keeper no chance after linking up with James Haynes and Ieuan Jones respectively.

Rhos Aelwyd face Johnstown next on Saturday 22nd August, at Ponciau Banks with a 2:30 kick off.
