WEDNESDAY - TRAINING (starts 5th September) - 7pm-9pm on the MUGA (trainers / blades - no boots) at Frederick Gents School, Mansfield Road, South Normanton, Derbyshire DE55 2ER. Fully qualified coaches, controlled contact can be managed. Showers and changing rooms available.

Come prepared as you would for a game - gumshield, shoulder pads etc.

All sessions cost £2 a session (with money being taken off your membership cost).

Bring some water and a smile.

SUNDAY - boxercise session at Ripley Boxing Club, Unit 1, Unicorn Business Park, Wellington Street, Ripley, DE5 3EH - go past Cresta Wave, past the Angel, past the flats and it's on the right on the small trading Estate (near Amber Sound FM) - 11am-12pm with optional sparring afterwards. Run by Andy Dables who will make you work hard and it is well worth it.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME - existing player, new player to the club, someone who hasn't played in a while and anyone totally new to the game - we'll coach to your experience level.
