Training tonight (Wed 16th January 2013)

TRAINING - 7pm-9pm on the MUGA (trainers / blades - no boots) OR in the Dance Studio (indoor trainers needed) at Frederick Gents School, Mansfield Road, South Normanton, Derbyshire DE55 2ER. Fully qualified coaches, controlled contact can be managed. Showers and changing rooms available.

Come prepared as you would for a game - gumshield, shoulder pads etc.

All sessions cost £2 a session (with money being taken off your membership cost).

Bring lots of water and a smile.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME - existing player, new player to the club, someone who hasn't played in a while and anyone totally new to the game - we'll coach to your experience level.
