The 1st team bounced back from last week's poor showing at Battersea to earn a point in a 0-0 draw at home to 2nd placed Croydon Greenside. This was the first time the two clubs had met in league action following three 1st team County Cup fixtures and the fiesty Reserve team county cup game last season. Both sides created openings, but couldn't find the net. Boss Dan Snare was satisfied with a point against a good outfit and was delighted with the clean sheet.

The reserves travelled to early leaders Epsom Eagles and came away with a full bag of three points following their best performance of the season. An early Ben Chuter goal was cancelled out by the Eagles following some sloppy defensive work by the R's, but the dropped Liam Jupp scored direct from a corner to take the points. Dave Powell said "At times we played some great stuff. We look solid, we're working hard, but we have to remain level headed. Everybody's performed for two weeks - now they have to continue that level week in, week out. Some are even exceeding where I expected them to be, so you have to be pleased with that. Other players will be back soon and so people have to perform to keep their shirts. Generally I'm well pleased with them all though".

The 3rds lost their first game following last week's postponement, going down 5-3 at home to Worplesdon Phoenix - goals coming from Gavin Biard, Stu Maynard and Craig Kurn.
