There are a number of Rugby Ready Courses being run throughout the Highlands so book your place today.

These courses are MANDATORY for all coaches to ensure everyone is up to date with current best practice for their age groups, and attendance is closely monitored by SRU.

Mon 25th Aug - Highland RFC - adults
Mon 1st Sept - Caithness RFC - youths/adults
Tues 2nd Sept - Ross Sutherland RFC - Minis
Wed 10th Sept - Moray RFC - youths/adults
