The squad: Georgia (GK), Aiden,Caitlen, George,James, James, Nathan, Tom
A sunny autumn day in Weetwood saw the U12's win their first game against Leeds 1 - 0. The goal came from Tom's powerful shot from a penalty corner.
Nathan and Caitlen shut out the Leeds attack so well that Georgia didn't have a save to make!
A 1 -0 win against Ben Rhydding 2 came courtesy of goal from George, set up by a fine pass from James.
Ben Rhydding 1 were tougher opposition and the game was lost 2 - 0.
Aiden recovered from a foot injury sustained in the previous match to take the field against Bradford. James and James stifled their midfield, but it took some great saves by Georgia to keep the final score at 0 - 0.
The final match saw us go down 3 - 0 to York.
In spells, we played some great hockey. Well done everyone.
