As of next week, we will start training Tuesday & Thursday evenings. Trainings begin at 20:00 so that means changed & on the pitch at 20:00 please.

We want to mix up the training locations on Tuesdays by training at local parks around Rotterdam in an attempt to give us some exposure with the idea to attract new players, but we will work on a planning for this and make sure everybody is well informed if we are going to train in a park, otherwise training will be at home in Capelle aan den IJssel.

Thursday sessions will always be at home in Capelle aan den IJssel as we will be focusing a lot on game prep and this can be better done on the pitch.

Feel free to bring a friend along to trainings & for those wanting some extra training, every Wednesday from 19:00, there is a group (mixed so boys & girls) that play tag Rugby League at Henegouwerplein park in the city (https://goo.gl/maps/zkDKNhsATmy3qB256) . They are a social group so its nothing intensive but a lot of fun. Also a nice way to get the Mrs / wife involved.
