Saigon Rugby Club was formed in 1992 by a group of expatriates keen to welcome visiting teams and tour the region participating in regular tournaments. As the only rugby club in Saigon we welcome men and women of all ages and nationalities. Apart from regular mixed touch rugby we also have a men’s contact team “Saigon Geckos” and an old boys team (over 35yrs) “Saigon Dirty Geckos”. We do not have any junior rugby teams.

Mixed touch rugby takes place most Saturdays from 4pm to 6pm at RMIT University sports field, 702 Nguyen Van Linh Blvd, Tan Phong Ward, District 7. There is often a free bus available from District 1 but please contact us to confirm.

It is a very social afternoon, where you can sub on and off at will. Water and beer are provided by the Club via our superb sponsors Tiger and Cielo. Shower facilities are also available at the ground.
