Sandown & Shanklin RFC: Notice of Annual General Meeting
Sandown & Shanklin RFC will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 28th May 2020 at 19.00hrs.
Good afternoon all,
The 'Noticeboard for Officer Nominations', and the Accounts for the last season. (You will need to be paid up member and registered on the club website to view the accounts).
Please make all nominations for roles to Geoff Giles.
The meeting will be hosted by telephone conference, with details to join, to be confirmed in the lead up to the meeting.
There will be short reports from the officers and committee members to close out the 2019/20 season. Then followed by the election of officers for the 2020/21 season.
Everyone is welcome to attend, but only paid-up members shall be permitted to vote on matters. Please make committee members aware that you wish to 'attend' the meeting.
