The Academy philosophy is divided in to the three development phases and each phase has its own defined philosophy which is age and development phase appropriate. Within our teams, different “types” of individual players and specialists are sought – all effective in making, scoring or stopping goals. All share common traits – technical ability, athleticism, outstanding attitude and work ethic, game awareness, perception and an ability to play in different positions and to have the ability to make the right decision and to do what is correct for the good of the team.
