• Training on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings at Abbeydale Sports Club 6:30pm to 8.00pm
• Matches played on Sunday mornings 11.00am to 12:30pm, Home and Away across the region, followed by match food in the clubhouse
• 30+ - Club Registered Players in our squad, all players play a minimum of half a match in fixtures
• Player enjoyment and safety a priority, inexperienced players introduced gradually to avoid unnecessary risk
• Full training and coaching provided

New players are made very welcome. If you would like to get involved with our friendly Rugby Union Squad & Club please do contact us to arrange a trial period.
