We are just a couple of weeks away from the start of the season, so it's time to try and get the ground into shape.

We'll be having our Get Set Day on Sunday 7th April, starting at 11am. There are a host of jobs that need to be done around the ground including:

• Repairs to Club Driveway
• Reinstate the Covers (Hoses and Tarpaulins)
• Boundary Posts reinstated
• Erect Protective Netting - between final post and tree
• Clear area behind garage to reinstate access to rear storage unit
• Practice Nets - Repair netting / de-weed / remark
• First Aid Equipment Audit
• Junior equipment audit incl All Stars / Dynamos kit
• Paint large sight screen
• General Tidy-Up / Litter pick around the club perimiter
• Whatever we can do to help the outfield to dry out!

As you can see there is loads to do and jobs for everyone. We will provide Tea and Coffee for those who want it.

The ground remains very wet, so please wear sensible footwear. If you have any equipment which will be useful for any of the jobs please bring it along and strong gardening gloves are also recommended.

Your help will be very much appreciated...as we've discussed at our Winter meetings, please don't leave it to others - an hour or two of your time will make all of the difference.
