Shelford Women are a sociable women’s rugby union team based near Cambridge who play in the Women's National Challenge - Midlands 1 League

We welcome new people throughout the season, whether experienced players or even if they’ve never touched a rugby ball before!

Shelford Women train on Tuesday and Thursdays at 7pm in Shelford (a short drive from Cambridge), with matches played on Sunday afternoons at 2pm.

We are a friendly and lively team who train hard and play hard, with good times had both on and off the pitch. We run social events throughout the year and have an annual tour in May. these tours consist of going overseas to compete in social rugby events and are usually the highlight of the year.
