In order to help further develop our current youth team squad and to give them a better chance of progressing on into the first team, the club have requested for last season's Under-18s side to join an Under-21s league for the 2021/2022 season.

The side, managed by Philip Church, finished sixth in last season's Under-18s Division 1 of the Meadowhall and Bud Evans DB Sheffield & District Sunday Football League.

For the upcoming season, the club have applied for the side to join the Worksop Van Hire North Midlands Development Football League Under-21s, with games to take place in midweek.

Chairman Martin Baxter says, ''This is another big challenge for them, however it is ideal for their development into adult football.''
