Some words below from Eric Williams -
“Trevor was an unassuming man with a heart of gold.
He gave many, many hours to the cricket club when he took over looking after the ground after he gave up the game at an early age. He had a wicked sense of humour and didn’t suffer fools gladly.
My lasting memory of Trevor was when we went on a cricket tour. He had a lot to drink the night before the game and was asked to field at deep square leg. After a short time, the ball was hit in his direction and he didn’t move. It was then we realised he had fallen fast asleep leaning against the boundary fence, that in my opinion summed up Trevor's attitude to life.
A lovely guy who will be missed by all of us that knew him.” ??
