An Agenda is enclosed accompanied with the existing Committee Structure & Nomination forms.
The Committee Structure indicates those wishing to stand down from the Committee or stand down from their existing post but remain on the Committee.

All Members whether they are Players, Life members, Social members and Parents of Juniors are urged to attend as the clubs future regarding the playing, development and social aspects of the club will be discussed in depth and determined by the participants at the meeting.

Notes:
a) Only present 2019, paid up, members will be permitted to vote.
b) Junior Members and Honorary Members are reminded they are not eligible to vote.
c) Nominations for membership of the Committee must be with me by Saturday 16th November. The nominee must sign the nomination.
