The under 15's played their first game of the season away against a mixed Forton U15's and 16's side narrowly coming away on the losing side, batting first Shrewsbury posted 113-4 from 20 overs with Will Jenkins leading the way with a superb 52 retired from only 33 balls, Oscar Cooke was the next highest contributor with 10, in reply Forton scored 117-3 from 19 overs, Oscar Cooke (normally a keeper) the standout performer with his Off and Leg Spin taking 2-16, Jono Bland picked up the other wicket to fall.
