We are pleased to invite you to this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held in person on:

The AGM is a key event in the club’s calendar, giving all members the opportunity to have their say in shaping the future of our club. We’ll be reviewing the past season, discussing plans for the year ahead, and electing committee members. This is your chance to contribute ideas, raise any concerns, and ensure we continue to grow as a club both on and off the pitch.

Your attendance is important—our club thrives on the support and input of its members. Whether you’re a player, parent, coach, your voice matters!

The business of the Club's AGM includes:
1. Apologies for non-attendance
2. A note of last years AGM 2024
3. Club Committee member reports 2024/25
4. Treasurers report and statement of the Clubs Annual Accounts for 2024/25
5. Club Budget for 2025/26
6. Election of a Club President 2025/26
7. Proposed changes to the Club Constitution
8. Nominations and election for Club Committee positions for 2025/26
9. Such other business as shall have been communicated to the Secretary and notified to all members at least 21 days in advance of the AGM Please have a read of the Club Committee roles detailed below.

If you would like to be considered, or nominate anyone for election into a role, please notify the Club Secretary (Claire Hands) as soon as possible, and at least 21 days before the AGM (18th April). A term of office for any role is one year and you are eligible for re-election the following year. If you have any matters you would like to be included in the agenda for the AGM, please email these to shrewsburyhockeyclub@gmail.com as soon as possible and at least 21 days prior to the AGM.
