Our Under 16’s kept up their fantastic junior record by recording another Yorkshire Cup win against Stanningley on Sunday, overcoming a very useful Leeds side by 28-6. In previous years, this team has won the Yorkshire Cup at Under 13 and Under 15 as well as the National Cup at Under 15.

Sunday’s victory was once again built on a team effort with a solid defensive play restricting Stanningley to just one try. Siddal’s try scorers were Will Gatus (2), Harvey Oldroyd, Luca Powell, Levi Edwards and Joe Moriarty. Kai Morgan added two conversions and was awarded man-of-the-match.
