This Saturday we set off on our travels for the first time this season as we visit Bromyard Town, hoping to bounce back from our first consecutive defeats in 17 months.
We go into the game directly below our hosts in the early WMRL Division One standings with both sides recording one victory and two defeats, Bromyard’s win coming in their last fixture against pre-season title favourites Newport Town.
We go into the game missing a number of first team regulars due to injury, suspension and unavailability. Ahead of the trip manager Matty Lovatt said, ‘Bromyard had a cracking win last week so will be flying. It’s a bit of a journey so of course we will need to be super organised. It’s a difficult ask of my men after what has been a difficult couple of weeks. We travel there a bit battered and bruised but that’s not inclusive of our enthusiam.’
We hope you can make the journey with us, a journey which is our longest of the season. Kick off is at 3pm.
