Bingley Boca
Sun 23 Sep 15:00 - League Full time Attendance 40

Great start to the season for the U17afc

Total football Dave Burns style

It was good to see an old (yet inferior) rival return to the sacred ground of Silsden.
It hath been 2 seasons since Bingley witnessed the silky skills of Silsdens u15 Reds which have now progressed into young men and powerful warriors of the turf.
Genius tactics were set in place by the lords of football and the mighty Silsden proceeded to pick apart Bingley from the first whistle.
A clever through ball from hawkeye Niall Taylor to the unstoppable speed demon Owen Bridge was finished clinically and began a 90 minutes of sorrow for the visiting team.
Leader William Proctor soon stepped up to scored goal number 2 with outstanding skill and grace leaving the crowd begging for more.
Tom Starkey was feeling sorry for the visitors and allowed the Bingley forward to claim a goal after Tom decided that the guy needed a touch and kicked the ball at him from closed range and the deflection rolled into Toms net.
Half time
Bingley then had 10 minutes good possession before Feargus Mansel smashed a shot home from the edge of the area and Bingley downed tools.
Jamie Oldcorn used his amazing Pace to terrify Bingleys left back for the remainder of the game, with his first Goal coming from Will Proctor assist.
Then on 80 minutes Jamie took on the left back and scored his second.
Grown men cried and we all went home for Sunday Lunch.
