With close to 20 players to choose from and a strong line-up of fans and supporters on the sideline, it was clear from the get-go that we meant business.
Especially Crouchy and Just were fired up from start and it didn't take for Stabel to set-up a well-playing Rafa for a top corner finish close to goal. Unfortunately, Giraf was ready on the sideline with the big zoom lens he normally uses for more devious purposed, and managed to catch every detail of Rafa's goal on film. Basically, we will never hear the end of it now.
Stabel made it both 2-0 and 3-0 with selfless assists from John before halftime, which more or less sealed the deal.
In the second half, coach Moeller (who was quarantined due to his mental breakdown in our previous game) wisely gave Perry (yours truly) the chance up front. With two qualified shots on goal as well as a goal, which was unfortunately denied due to an offsite call, Perry definitely proved he is a force to be reckoned with.
Instead, Hax made it 4-0 (assist Perry) and Rafa scored our last goal to 5-1 after Dragsbaek conceded in what had otherwise been flawless display of handball goalie skills.
Thanks to Italia82 for a fair and fast-paced game, to the ref for a good overall performance, and last but not least to the awesome Viking supporters!
