AED and Community Box to be located at Pavilion

NFH Consultancy Ltd, working with Lloyds Bank and the community of Lincolnshire have raised funds for two life-saving defibrillators. This followed an emergency situation that Club Secretary, Nicola Humberstone attended at Lloyds Bank.

One defibrillator has been donated and placed at Sleaford Cricket Club, the other will be placed in Lloyds Bank, Boston. Training to use the defibrillator will be provided by L.I.V.E.S.

The location of the defibrillator will help the emergency service providers and will be located on their system, for use in the wider community.

Nicola Humberstone of NFH Consultancy & Lisa Dawson of Lloyds Bank advised that they were ‘pleased that L.I.V.E.S and EMAS would also benefit from the defibrillator being placed at a prime location and to know that people of all ages in the community would benefit from training’.

Gavin Hutson – Chair of Sleaford Cricket Club Committee, thanked the companies and individuals that raised the funds and said ‘The defibrillator and training will support the health and safety of those using the club and the wider community’.
