A familiar ball handling exercise for day 2 of National School Sports Week At Home...
Equipment needed: 1 rugby ball or football, stopwatch
The Challenge: pass the ball continuously around your waist for 60 seconds. Count how many times you can do it. If you drop the ball, pick it up and carry on! Try this as many times as you like and then record your best score. The team with the most passes wins.
This challenge closes at 9pm. Check back for results!
