See below for update from Sandie Belcher.

Dear parents, players and coaches,

We understand that a school in Slough has closed for 2 weeks due to 2 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the school occurring in separate bubbles.

Please can we ask if your child’s school closes, either totally or just their specific class or bubble, that the child does not come to rugby for 14 days from the day the child is sent home from school. This is regardless of whether or not the child has any symptoms themselves.

As usual, if your child is able to come training, please ensure that they bring their ball, hand sanitizer and water bottle (and looking at the weather maybe a bin liner for your car seat!!!).

As parents, please remember to observe social distancing and rule of 6 at all times.

Thanks for bearing with us during these very strange times.

STAY SAFE – SAVE LIVES

  • Keep your distance – 2 metres apart when possible
  • Wash your hands thoroughly (for as long as it takes to sing two verses of Happy Birthday to You) and often and use sanitizer in between
  • Wear a face covering indoors and avoid touching face or face covering – (children under 11 do not need to wear a face covering and it is up to you, as an adult, if you choose to wear a face covering out of doors).
  • Download the NHS Stop-Covid-19 app and use the QR code when you arrive at the club (or any other venue when out and about).

Best wishes
