We welcomed Hillingdon Abbots to Slough on Sunday. A good turn out from both clubs under 10's despite the cold and overcast conditions which was soon forgotten as both teams got to work with some training skills to help players get to know one another, involving evasion skills and teamwork, core practice skills for balance and tackling, and some rucking practice.

The session finished with a well contested and even game with the teams mixed to put into practice some of the skills learnt. Both teams demonstrated the core values of Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship. The game ended in a draw following tries from Slough players, James and Freddie, with good attacking support and defence from Jess, Rishi, Dylan, Jack, Peter and Omar.
