Who am I?
Over 20 years experience as a chef.
I started my career at the Red Lion in Llandybie moving onto Sheraton Heathrow Hotel, Renaissance at Heathrow, Thistle Hotel at Hyde Park, Thorpe Park private dining, Alton Towers conference Centre and the last 10 years as Exec Sous Chef in Sheraton Heathrow Hotel. With so much experience you can be sure of a quality product and a Chef who takes pride in his work.
