Solihull Blossomfield Men’s 1s hosted Lichfield Men’s 3s as they looked for their first win of the season. Bloss looked to make a strong start to the game and took an early lead through Ryan Lane’s calm finish and also managed to double their lead before half time as Ryan Lane finished off a well worked move involving several Bloss players. Bloss were completely dominant and added a third as Alex Bevins was in the prime position to latch onto a loose ball to make it 3-0. Bloss were then awarded a flick, which was dispatched by Nisar Chaudhry. Alex Bevins got his second with another good finish before a soft goal allowed Lichfield to gain a consolation. Bloss earned a well-deserved victory, their first of the season, in fine fashion, coming out 5-1 winners.
