On a wet and windy day with storm Dennis approaching Solihull Blossomfield Ladies 3's travelled away to Sutton Coldfield Ladies 7's. It took a little while for Blossomfield to find their rhythm but were soon in their stride attacking the Sutton goal. Becky Shoreson was first to score early in the first half in open play. The next two goals came again in the first half from short corners scored by Sian Musgreave-Spiby and Paula Gowing finishing the first half 3-0.
During the second half the rain started to get heavier but Bloss kept on attacking hard. Captain Mandy Bevins scored a fourth goal for Bloss from a short corner.
