A rugby club only stands on it's members and in it's first fifty years Southam have had some fine specimens, who have made the club 'a good place to be', as one of recent member who has moved away commented, after trying some new clubs (and not being welcomed), 'You don't what a special little club you have at Southam'.

Some of the people below have been associated with the club for nearly all of its first fifty years, some have sadly passed on and the rest have been associated with it all of their adult life and all have served the club well on and off the field.
