The Spitfires have had many teams over the years. First Grade, Reserves, Women's, Junior and Masters. They can now add X-League to that number after making their debuts at the Oxford Grand Prix.

X-League is a new version of RL focused around limited contact, fast attacking and is a 7 a side version of the game.

The Spitfires did well in their first event pushing the Nomads and Levellers close but losing heavily to Oldham St Annes who were totally class.
