The Spitfires recognised the service of two of its long serving player with their induction into the hall of fame. Both front rowers have been at the club for several years and both have made a great contribution both on and off the field. Mark Amey will continue to play for the Spitfires in 2018 and currently is the most capped player with 73 appearances. Fellow front Andy Dymott has decided to retire after over 40 first grade appearances at the club. He will be missed next season.
One more final hall of famer will be announced tomorrow and a highlight video of Amey and Dymott in action can be viewed in the clubs video section.
