Updated COVID guidelines for players, parents and spectators.

All participants must have completed the England Hockey Participation Agreement this only needs to be completed once

Pre-match self-check: On the day of the match all participants need to have "self-checked" for covid symptoms. Anyone who has symptoms must not travel or participate.

Parking: from Ashingdon Road, please take Oxford Road, drive past Spencer Gardens on your left and you will see the entrance. The postcode to use is SS4 1TD. Once in the car park, head down to the right. Entrance to the MUGA is via the school yard underneath the yellow canopies along the footpath past the lockers to the MUGA, the exit from the MUGA for club members and participants to their vehicles would be via the same route.

Participants are not allowed to access any other areas of the school and they are only allowed to use the above route. This is due limited space within the school whilst the continued building works and various contractors, builders and construction vehicles are on the site.

Changing Facilities and Toilets: We are currently unable to provide changing facilities or toilets so please come ready to play and at this point, we are also unable to provide post-match showers. Nearest public toilets: Back Lane Car Park, Rochford, SS4 1AY. Now accessed from Locks Hill, off South Street.

PLEASE USE THE HAND SANITISER ON ENTERING AND EXITING THE PITCH

Players, substitutes and match officials will need to adhere to social distancing at any time when not playing (on pitch or around the grounds) in groups of up to 6, all social distancing. There should be a maximum of 30 people within the pitch playing area (inside the white lines) at one time.

Supporters: must also have self-checked and if they have any symptoms they must not come to watch. Supporters will need to remain outside the cage at all times and not walk around the school other than to get to and from the car park. Please avoid using the benches and rubbish bins located around the pitch. Supporters will also need to adhere to social distancing in groups of up to 6.

Teas: Unfortunately we are not able to provide teas at this point.

Dogs: No dogs allowed on the premises.
