Win, despite stacked odds...

A great morning was almost ruined...South took two teams the fortunes of both varied a little, the writer of this report coached the first team and will therefore write that up. Played the first two games and what great games they were, the second was a little more physical than usual but the kids and parents and coaches thoroughly enjoyed it, south coming out victorious.

The third match saw their side come to play us and announced their arrival with the remark"This will be easy because we just beat your other team easy", the reply was, but they arent this team...and they are all close friends...what more motivation do the finest U7 side in the county than their friends being insulted?
Intent was backed by action and South started with a speed and a determination that has become their stock in trade...racing into a healthy lead with the opposition captain complaining at every try conceded, every tag taken, every interception made...to no avail...South did what they do...won, and won well...
