Junior registration is now called Age Grade Affiliation and the process to register your child with the club is now ‘self-service’ on the RFU GMS website. The RFU have published some very detailed guides to help you through the process. Follow the steps below and the links will show you exactly how to do it.

Tips:

• If possible, use a computer - it's possible on a phone / tablet, but much harder

• Make sure you make a note of your username, email and password

• On most of the websites, you can scroll to the bottom of the page to watch a video showing you what to do, otherwise follow the instructions on the page

• Add websites to your favourites to easily get back to them

Step 1
Check if you already have a GMS account (if you have ever put your name on an old Junior Registration form you probably have an account). If you do, follow the steps to reset your password. If not, got to Step 2.

Step 2
If you don't have a GMS account, follow this to set up a new one

Step 3
If your child has never been registered before, you will need to add their details:

Step 4
Once your child has been set up (or was already set up), this will show you how to Affiliate them with a club (make sure it’s Southmead RFC!!)
